Explanation
The pedestal is used to display an item that will be slowly rotated in a circle.
The displayed item will appear as if it were being worn on a player's head, which means different items will be displayed differently. Most blocks will appear in a manner similar to player heads, while most items will appear above and behind where the head would be.
