Ground Placeholder is a custom item made especially for Blackblock.
The Ground Placeholder works similar to a Void Placeholder, except that it will replace Air and liquid blocks with ground blocks of the current biome it is generated in.
All other blocks (stone, wood, ...) will be left untouched.
