Director Block

Clock operation card: When this card is in a director, it basically makes the director pulse, and it depends on the amount of clock cards. So 1 clock card == 5 ticks of its wanted signal strength, 1 tick of 0. 2 clock cards == 5 ticks of wanted signal strength, 2 ticks of 0. Etc.  Location operation card: This one actually doesn't do anything in the director. It's a card that's meant to register locations in the world.  Output operation card: This one actually defines the output signal strength of the director. (And also the output signal strength of a keyhole)
